MELLEN offers water jet cutting. This clean method cuts most materials, including aluminum, stainless steel and other metals, insulation boards, wood, marble, stone and composite materials. The water jet cuts with precision and speed, allowing for superior repeatability with high quantity jobs. Softer material (foam, insulation, fabric) can be cut simply with high pressure water. Other harder materials (stones, metals and wood) require the addition of an abrasive. Materials as thin as less than one inch, or as thick as several inches can be cut at our facility.
This bear was cut from 1/4" steel plate. The bear measures 3 1/4" at its widest point and 2 7/16" tall. The feet are 1/2" long and the longest claw measures 1/6".
