ICC Control

MELLEN offers the ICC programmable computer control system which is designed to operate a select MELLEN furnaces.  The ICC is used for a single furnace and controls up to eight zones.  The ICC control system is designed to operate with various power supply cabinets.  It includes a Windows® based pc with appropriate configuration and the ICC Software package that includes:

  • Three modes of operation: Manual Power, Setpoint and Programmed
  • Multiple Segment Programming (over 100 segments)
  • Data Recording to hard disk (HDD)
  • Temperature Dependent PID's
  • Temperature Display with Deviation & high Process Alarms
  • Program Storage & Retrieval to Hard Disk
  • Simple On Screen Programming
  • Designed for Windows® 95
  • 16 bit A/D resolution

 * Note: Maximum Ramp time is 15,000 hours
