TS Series Tubular Furnaces

The rugged construction of the TS Series Tubular Furnace is the hallmark of the MELLEN Structural Advantage^TM.  The heating elements are field replaceable for easy maintenance.  They are strategically engineered in a dual ladder pattern to radiate uniformly to the internal chamber.

The TS 15 furnace utilizes special silicon carbide "spiral groove", rod style heating elements.  These operate with surface watt loading for longer life at elevated temperatures.

The TS Series is an economical alternative to the more expensive furnaces using Moly Disilicide furnace elements.

MELLEN's  standard TS Series Tube Furnace includes:

• one thermocouple port
• coated firebrick vestibules at each end
• four support legs/mounting brackets
• a power cord
