TM Series Tubular Furnace

MELLEN Series TM furnaces are premium solid tubular "muffle" furnaces.  They are engineered for applications that demand excellent temperature uniformity in the 1400^oC to 1700^oC range, in a non oxidizing atmosphere. 

The TM Series furnaces use MELLEN's proprietary Series "muffle-tube" elements.  Each of our Molybdenum elements are designed for the longest life possible at the maximum operating temperature, while optimizing uniformity.

MELLEN utilizes a graded insulation package consisting of the highest quality low thermal mass, ceramic insulation for energy efficiency.

MELLEN's  standard tube furnace includes:

• one thermocouple port centered in each control zone
• vestibules at each end
• an electric terminal panel
• a ten foot long power cord
