TC Series Tubular Furnaces  

Mellen offers its TC Series solid tubular furnaces to handle most general applications.  The TC Series provides long life at temperatures maximum temperatures of 1100^oC to 1300^o C.

TC Series furnaces utilize MELLEN's clamshell heating elements which provide long life at elevated temperatures.  The TC Series are constructed with quality low mass, ceramic fiber insulation for thermal efficiency.  The outer skin of the furnace is composed of a rugged heavy gauge stainless-steel shell that assures maintenance free durability.  Long lasting steel end plates are provided for each end to prevent thermal distortion. 

MELLEN's  standard tube furnace includes:

• one thermocouple port centered in each control zone
• coated firebrick vestibules
• an electric terminal panel
• a ten foot long power cord
