Additionally, MELLEN offers custom furnaces for your application. What is the temperature range of MELLEN's furnaces? MELLEN offers furnaces that heat as high as 2500oC (4532oF). What atmosphere options do I have? MELLEN creates furnaces that operate in all inert atmospheres, air and in a vacuum. What size options do I have for my furnace? Depending on the furnace, MELLEN offers furnaces as small as .75" ID x 2" long and as large as 30" ID as long as 60'. We are glad to offer all sizes in between. What are my options with control systems? MELLEN offers the ADAPT Computer Based Control System and the ICC Control system. Also, MELLEN offers control cabinets, as well as rack mounted control cabinets. Additionally, MELLEN offers the built in furnace control in our MicrothermTM line of furnaces. Am I restricted by voltage requirements? No. Please specify your needs and we will do our best to meet your requirements. The following voltages are standard: 120v, 208v 220v, 230v, 240v, 360v, 440v and 480v . Please let us know if you have other voltage requirements. Does MELLEN offer used furnaces? Yes. MELLEN frequently offers refurbished models or furnaces that have had prior use for sale. If interested, please look at our web page. Does MELLEN repair furnaces? Yes, depending on the furnace, we also repair some competitor's models, as well. Typically there is a 3-4 week turnaround. Please e-mail or call for a specific quote. What other products and services does MELLEN offer? MELLEN offers many products for your high temperature needs, including heating elements, thermocouples, motion systems, control systems, heat treating, lab space and services and waterjet cutting.
